Mole is excellent! I always measure a restaurant by its Mole sauce and this is one of the best. Chicken pounded thin, all came together very well. Habanero salsa is SPICY. Try the pitcher of Forteleza margaritas! Great job, thank you!!
Just wanted to update post covid! Went again for the second time last night and it was as good if not better then my first time precovid. This place is a gem and must be protected at all costs lol. Service was great too. Very attentive but not intrusive.
This is a real cut above your typical Mexican restaurant. Innovative dishes, all done with fresh ingredients. Attentive staff, especially considering the pandemic. Friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. Red snapper was prepared in a garlic oil sauce that had some heat to it...
Always the best !!! We fly into town seven or eight times a year and no matter what can't miss Guillermos. My all-time favorite is the chicken enchiladas with green sauce. Amazing !!! Best house margarita around.
I was completely blown away by the awesomeness of a dinner experience at Guillermo's during a recent visit to Palm Desert. To start, they served 3 delicious salsas with our tortilla chips. Mild tomato-based, thin but unique and delicious, green hotter, and orange hottest (jabanero?). All very good.
